A note regarding COVID-19
With the increasing news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we understand that you may have questions concerning the upcoming events within Cotillion and Wildflower Belles & Escorts. We would like to share with you what we are doing to protect the health, well-being and safety of our organization.
We are closely monitoring information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that we are adopting the most up-to-date preventative protocols and guidelines. We are also working closely with the CAC to plan events and monitor up-to-date protocol.
We have planned a regular Cotillion calendar this year, with the understanding that some, or all, events may have to be cancelled. We have built in some dates in the Spring to be used as make-up dates should the need arise. We are also looking at some alternative activities that would be safe and fun, and keep our participants engaged this year. In the event that COVID-19 mandates prevent classes from occurring, tuition will be refunded OR pro-rated if the program is condensed.
Refund policy: In the event that all events are cancelled, you will be refunded 90% of the tuition cost, with 10% going to administrative costs as well as our committed donation to the CAC and CTOS. If two events are cancelled you will be refunded 60% of the tuition costs. If one event is cancelled, you will be refunded 30% of the tuition costs.
Please know that your child’s safety is our #1 priority. We will continue to monitor the guidelines and keep our Cotillion families informed. Thank you for your support and understanding during a very challenging situation.
